What is Grade 1 hardware and do I need it?
Grade 1 is the highest ANSI commercial rating, tested to far higher cycle counts. Any door your staff or customers use daily should be Grade 1.
Will new locks affect our fire inspection?
Not if they are installed correctly. We keep egress function and fire-door ratings intact and will tell you if the existing setup already has a problem.
Do you offer restricted keys?
Yes. Restricted keyways can only be duplicated by us with your written authorization, which ends the unauthorized copy problem.
Can we be invoiced?
