When you submit a service request we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the type of service needed, vehicle details when relevant, a description of the problem and your preferred contact method. When you call us we collect the same information verbally so we can dispatch a technician.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your request, dispatch a technician, quote and complete the work, send you a confirmation, and follow up about that job. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How we store it
Service requests are stored securely on our managed backend and are accessible only to authorized staff on the server side. Request records are never publicly readable from this website. We retain records only as long as needed for service history, warranty and legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email delivery provider, which transmits your confirmation message and our internal job notification. We may disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Any analytics used are limited to aggregate page performance and traffic counts.
