Booking work with us
Requesting service by phone, text or through the form on this site is a request for a technician to be dispatched. A booking is confirmed once our dispatcher gives you an arrival window. Arrival windows are estimates based on traffic and current call volume, not guarantees.
Quotes and pricing
This website does not publish prices. Every job is discussed with you directly — on the phone and again on site, before any work begins, once the lock, vehicle or hardware has been inspected. You are free to decline at that point.
Proof of ownership
For every lockout, rekey or key origination job we verify that you are entitled to access the property or vehicle. That normally means photo identification plus registration, a title, a lease, a deed or a utility bill in your name. If ownership cannot be established, the technician will decline the job. This protects you as much as it protects us.
Payment
Payment is due on completion. We accept major credit and debit cards and cash. Commercial accounts can be invoiced by prior arrangement.
Warranty
Keys we cut and program, and hardware we install, are covered against defects in parts and workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. The warranty does not cover loss, abuse, damage caused by others working on the same lock or vehicle, or pre-existing faults we identified and documented at the time of service. Call us and we will come back out.
Limits of liability
Some locks, ignitions and lock cylinders are already worn, seized or damaged before we arrive. Where non-destructive entry is not possible, the technician explains the alternative before proceeding. Our liability for any single job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
Cancellations
Cancel any time before the technician arrives at no charge. If a van has already arrived on site, a trip charge may apply.
